Jessica Alba
Jessica Marie Alba is an American actress from the
United States. She started her TV and film careers at thirteen with Camp
Nowhere, and The Secret World of Alex Mack (1994). When she was 19, she rose to
prominence as the lead actress in Dark Angel (2000–2002), for which she was
awarded an Golden Globe nomination. Her biggest screen debut was in Honey
(2003). She soon became an Hollywood actress, and has appeared in a variety of
films that have made the box office a roaring success throughout her career which
include Fantastic Four (2005), Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer
(2007), Good Luck Chuck (2007), The Eye (2008), Valentine's Day (2010), Little
Fockers (2010) as well as Mechanic: Resurrection (2016). [9] She is often a
collaborator with director Robert Rodriguez. From 2019 to 2020, Alba starred in
the Spectrum action crime series L.A.'s Finest. In 2011, Alba co-founded The
Honest Company which is an American business that sells baby, personal and
household products.Magazines including Men's Health, Vanity Fair and FHM have
featured her in their lists of most beautiful women. Jessica Marie Alba was
conceived in Pomona to Catherine Louisa (nee Jensen) as well as Mark David
Alba. Her mother has Danish, Welsh and German ancestry. Her paternal grandparents
were born in California as children of Mexican immigrants. Joshua is her older
brother. Gustavo Arellano, her third cousin and also her first cousin. Her
father's Air Force career took them to Biloxi, Mississippi and Del Rio, Texas
before they settled back in Claremont (California) at the age of nine. was just
nine years old. Alba has stated that her family is a "very conservative
family - a traditional Catholic, Latin American family" and herself as
very liberal; she says she was an "feminist" at the age of five.
