Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub - American actress, comedian and activist She was born to Jewish parents in the Soviet Union and started her career as a child actor after she relocated to the United States. Her appearances as Lily Adams in AT&T TV commercials from 2013 to 2016 - and now since 2020 - has made her famous. She was also a frequent series regular on Yahoo! Screen science-fiction comedy Other Space (2015). She also had an actor in the NBC drama This Is Us 2016-2017. Vayntrub was also cast as Squirrelgirl for Marvel Rising in 2018 following her role in the pilot TV series New Warriors. Vayntrub, an Jewish person, was born in Tashkent (Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic), USSR. Her parents and her fled antisemitism when she was two years old. They emigrated to the U.S. with their children. Due to financial hardships in the family, she started acting in Mattel Barbie commercials when she was five years old. Vayntrub briefly was a student at Beverly Hills High School. However, she quit her sophomore year, and subsequently obtained an GED. After that, she went on to receive the Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from University of California San Diego. Vayntrub studied improv comedy in the Upright Citizens Brigade.
